The Guest House is a 2 minute walk from the walking bridge, grocery store, public pool and a 2 minute drive to downtown, 5 minutes to the Trail Hospital and 15 minutes to Rossland and Red Mountain ski hill.

The house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood in East Trail with views of the Columbia River and 7 Summits Mountain range. It is spotlessly clean, 1 bedroom with pillow-top double bed and a sectional chesterfield in the living room. There's a deck with an outside dining area and a small private lawn.

Excellent location, within walking distance to the downtown theaters, arena, gyms, swimming pool, ball park, hiking trails, parks, local swimming hole and hospital; all close by.

The accommodation is a small, detached house opening onto the back lane for parking. Visitors have entire private house and are only guests staying there. Washer & dryer and recreation equipment storage are available in the basement.
