DESCRIPTION:Bike to Work Week encourages everyone to commit to work by bicycle.  Active transportation to work promotes healthy lifestyles\, increases physical activity\, and prevention pf chronic disease.  It also provides positive economic and environmental benefits including saving money on gas\, reducing vehicle emissions and reducing our collective carbon footprint.  You can sign up to fundraise at http://btwwkootenays.yodel.org/events/btww-west-kootenays-registration.  Donations of $25 or more are eligible to a charitable tax receipt.\n\nWe have random door prizes for those that register and you will be entered into the provincial Grand Prize.  We also prizes for top fundraising efforts.  If you would like more information please contact Mike at 250-386-7776.
