Light refreshments will be served.\n\n\n\nThe AGM will feature the presentation of the 2022 annual reports including the financial report and reports from the President and the Executive Director.\n\n\n\nThe new Board of Directors will be sworn in by the honorable Mayor Frank Marino of the Village of Warfield.\n\n\n\nAnyone who is interested in becoming a Director\, please complete this application form and submit it to info@trailchamber.bc.ca not less than 14 days prior to the AGM.  Nominations will not be accepted at the meeting.\n\n\n\nThis AGM is open to the public.  However\, only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.  If you are unsure of your membership status\, please contact our Membership Manager\, Marlene\, at 250-368-3144.
